Director of Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to drive new business development and revenue growth in the influencer marketing space. As an individual contributor, you will be directly responsible for building and managing a pipeline of prospects, pitching our services, and closing high-value deals with brands and agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities. Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within brands and agencies. Conduct outreach, build relationships, and present influencer marketing solutions that meet client objectives.
- Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by securing new clients and expanding existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to effectively position our offerings and differentiate our services.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations that address client needs and showcase our capabilities.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership opportunities.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Use insights to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
