Job Description :


We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Process Consultant to join our team on an immediate basis. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in leading workshops, gathering and freezing requirements, and facilitating client engagement specifically for SPM implementations on the ServiceNow Responsibilities :


- Lead end-to-end requirement workshops with stakeholders to gather, validate, and finalize functional requirements for SPM.

- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, ensuring clarity and alignment with client needs.

- Drive approval of user stories by engaging with business and technical stakeholders.

- Actively engage clients during workshopsfacilitating conversations, asking the right questions, and

addressing queries specific to ServiceNow SPM.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers to ensure

successful implementation.

- Provide thought leadership and process consulting for SPM best practices and configurations.

- Ensure alignment between the clients business goals and ServiceNow SPM capabilities.

- Support testing, validation, and deployment of configured Skills & Experience :


- 6 to 9 years of overall experience with a minimum of 3+ years in ServiceNow SPM consulting.

- Deep understanding of ServiceNow SPM modules such as Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Agile Development, and Innovation Management.

- Strong experience in workshop facilitation, requirement elicitation, and stakeholder engagement.

- Expertise in writing clear, concise, and client-approved user stories.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience working in Agile environments.

- Proven ability to work independently and drive outcomes with minimal Qualifications :


- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist SPM (preferred)

- Prior experience in client-facing consulting roles

- Exposure to ITBM, ITSM, or other ServiceNow modules is a plus
