Role Overview

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive with a strong electrical background to conduct on-ground solar site visits across Delhi NCR. The site visits will be pre-scheduled by our tele-calling team, and the candidate will also be responsible for a few self-initiated follow-up calls with potential customers

Key Responsibilities

Call and Visit customer sites for solar assessment visits

Conduct technical evaluations – rooftop space, shading, electrical load

Explain the benefits of solar power and our product offerings to customers

Assist in lead conversion through field-level persuasion and technical know-how

Make follow-up calls and visits to potential customers as per assignments

Provide detailed reports, site photographs, and feedback from visits

Act as a bridge between the on-site realities and back-end team coordination

Who We're Looking For

Experience in Field Sales / B2C Sales – preferably in Solar, Electrical, or Energy industries

Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (must)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage field schedules effectively

Should own a bike/two-wheeler or have the ability to travel regularly within Delhi NCR

Must be comfortable with hands-on fieldwork and outdoor customer meetings

Compensation & Benefits:Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per monthBonus (Performance-Based): Up to ₹50,000 /month

Travel Allowance: As peractuals
