EPC and solar sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated EPC & Solar Sales Executive to drive business growth in the renewable energy sector. The role involves identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) and solar solutions to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the EPC and solar energy domain.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, industrial clients, government agencies, and channel partners.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable EPC/solar solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and tenders.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the technical and project teams for feasibility studies, BOQ, and project execution plans.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Maintain proper records of sales pipeline, customer database, and reporting to management
- Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems, EPC projects, and renewable energy sector.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Renewable Energy or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in solar/EPC sales or related field.
- Knowledge of solar PV, rooftop, ground-mounted projects, and government policies preferred.
