Sales Officer – Solar

Koshish Solar is expanding, and we're looking for passionate and driven Sales Officers to join our mission of making clean energy accessible to every home and business.
Location: Noida
Designation: Sales Officer – Solar
Selection Criteria:
1. Education: Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or related field (Solar/Renewable knowledge is a plus).
2. Experience: Minimum 2+ years in sales (preferably renewable energy/related sectors).
3. Skills: Communication, negotiation, technical understanding of solar systems, CRM proficiency, market research, and customer relationship management.
4. Qualities: Positive attitude, teamwork, problem-solving, and strong customer service focus.
5. ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month + performance-based incentives
6. Remarks: Willing to travel locally (own vehicle is an advantage).
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Lead generation through networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.
2. Develop and maintain partnerships with local sales partners in assigned districts.
3. Customer consultation: explain technical/financial aspects, conduct site visits, and prepare proposals.
4. Market analysis and identification of new opportunities.
5. Sales management: track performance, maintain client database, and ensure targets are met.
6. Post-sales support and relationship building with clients.
Key Deliverables:
1. Achieve minimum 30 kW solar sales monthly in assigned district.
2. Build & maintain customer and BA database.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction from initial contact to post-installation.
4. Submit regular sales reports and market penetration updates.
