Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Insurance Agency Development Manager for a full-time position located in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Visakhapatnam, Malappuram, Vijayawada, Mumbai, and Rajahmundry. The candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding agency distribution channels and ensuring strong growth in line with strategic objectives. Experience in agency and agent recruitment is essential for this role.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record in agency recruitment, demonstrating the ability to hire and develop insurance agents (Mandatory skill).
  • In-depth understanding of insurance products across various segments to provide comprehensive solutions to clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in agent recruitment to build and maintain a strong distribution network (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in channel development to expand business reach and optimize revenue streams.
  • Strong client relationship management skills to maintain long-lasting professional relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Experience in business development to identify new market opportunities and drive growth initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to mentor and guide a team towards achieving set targets and objectives.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for expanding the agency distribution network in assigned regions.
  • Recruit potential agents and ensure their alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with agents to drive business growth by leveraging company relationships with insurance providers.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of agents and provide necessary training and support to enhance productivity.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Work closely with different departments to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any client or agent-related issues promptly.
  • Identify new business opportunities and formulate plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Prepare and present reports on agency development activities, tracking progress and setting future goals.
