Job Description:Job Role: Strategy & Operations-Customer Success Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Hybrid) Working Days: 5 Days Compensation: ₹9LPA – ₹12LPA per annum (Depends on experience) (Compensation includes PF & PGDM monthly fees of ₹6,666)Eligibility CriteriaThis role is only for graduates (Postgraduates should not apply). You must have exceptional spoken and written English communication skills. You’ll work directly with founders, product, and engineering to:Drive customer outcomes (adoption, retention, expansion) Build reusable playbooks + systems, not just bandaid fixes Shape the product with sharp customer insightsWhy Join us?Early team → huge ownership, zero red tape Smart hustlers only → you’ll learn faster than any MBA or big-co job AI-first → we use AI daily to work faster + smarter (agents, dynamic dashboards, automated workflows) Post-PMF → expansion already in motion with logos like HP, Versa, Innovaccer ESOPs → real upside, skin in the gameWhat You’ll Do Own onboarding + success for top enterprise accounts Diagnose customer problems deeply, design scalable solutions Build AI-powered dashboards, agents, and workflows to solve CS at scale Spot risks + opportunities before they surface Partner with Sales/Marketing to drive renewals + expansion Write the CS playbook from scratch — processes, content, automationYou’ll Thrive Here If You Have 1-3 years in CS / consulting / ops / founder’s office / analytics roles Are a generalist: can pick up new tools fast, go deep into messy problems, and still execute cleanly Already use AI daily — ChatGPT, agents, scripts, workflows — not just as a buzzword Are comfortable with SQL, dashboards, or basic automation (Metabase, Retool, Appscript, Zapier, etc.) Love ambiguity, learn fast, and thrive in high-speed environments Think like an owner: hustle, bias for action, hands-onIf you feel, you are the one?
