About the Role:

- We are seeking a strategic, growth-driven, and visionary Head of SEO to lead our global organic search strategy and drive sustainable, high-impact digital visibility across all platforms. As a senior leader in the marketing organization, you will be responsible for building and scaling our SEO function from strategy to execution, ensuring our brand ranks at the forefront of search results across markets and channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Vision:

- Own the global SEO strategy across all products, platforms, and regions-spanning B2C and B2B initiatives.

- Translate business objectives into high-performing SEO roadmaps aligned with growth goals, demand generation, and brand reach.

- Define performance KPIs and forecasting models to quantify impact, ROI, and growth opportunities.

Team Building & Cross-Functional Leadership:

- Build and lead a high-performing SEO team across technical SEO, content, link acquisition, and SEO analytics.

- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, content, paid media, brand, and data science teams to integrate SEO across all customer journeys.

- Advocate for SEO best practices and organic-first thinking across the organization.

Technical SEO & Innovation:

- Oversee enterprise-level technical audits, site architecture optimization, schema implementation, core web vitals, crawl efficiency, and mobile-first indexing.

- Stay ahead of search engine algorithm changes (Google, Bing, YouTube, etc.), generative AI trends, and evolving search behavior.

Content & Authority Strategy:

- Guide data-driven content strategy using search intent modeling, topical clustering, and SERP analysis.

- Architect scalable link acquisition and brand authority frameworks to strengthen domain performance and topical relevance.

Analytics & Performance Management:

- Set up robust SEO analytics systems using tools like GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Sitebulb, and Looker/Data Studio dashboards.

- Continuously measure, report, and optimize against organic KPIs: traffic, rankings, share of voice, engagement, conversions, and revenue attribution.

Key Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Digital Strategy, or a related field.

- 7-10+ years of progressive SEO experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale SEO operations.

- Demonstrated success in scaling organic traffic and revenue through innovative SEO programs in high-growth digital environments.

- Deep expertise in all facets of SEO: technical, content, UX, and off-page (including digital PR and backlinks).

- Experience with enterprise CMS platforms, site migrations, and SEO in multilingual/multiregional environments.

- Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.

- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence at all levels of the organization.

- Bonus: Familiarity with AI-driven content workflows, programmatic SEO, or headless CMS.
