About the role:

As a Service Manager for our newly launched Shariah-compliant portfolio, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations and delivering an exceptional level of client satisfaction. This includes acting as the primary point of contact for Relationship Managers, addressing client queries, coordinating documentation and tax-related matters, and managing service-related tasks efficiently. You will also maintain accurate client records, track performance metrics, and ensure all client requests are handled promptly to optimize efficiency and productivity.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the Service Manager for our newly launched Shariah-compliant portfolio, managing client relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery.


  • Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for all Relationship Managers (RMs), ensuring their service needs are met promptly and efficiently.


  • Handle documentation and tax-related queries from clients, providing accurate and timely responses or coordinating with relevant teams for resolution.


  • Coordinate closely with the team office on client status updates, attestation processes, courier deliveries, and other operational matters.


  • Address client inquiries regarding performance reports, tax-related issues, research report requests, and other service-related queries.


  • Collaborate with the team to gather necessary information and ensure comprehensive responses to client queries.


  • Maintain meticulous records of client returns, stock holdings, cash positions, and other relevant information to facilitate smooth operations and informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven 1-2 yrs experience in client services or relationship management within the financial services industry.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
