Provide performance oversight, guidance, and motivation. Capable of managing multiple high-performingASMs and RSMs. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Address complaints and coordinate with the quality control team when needed. Qualifications: Graduate/MBA in Marketing or related field. Minimum10+ yearsof experience at GM/VP/ZSM in B2B/Bulk Sales, ideally fromflour mills, dhall, oil, sugar, or similar FMCG/commodity sectors. Deep understanding of Tamil Nadu and Kerala markets. Demonstrated ability to drive volumes and manage large customer portfolios. Proficiency inTamil, Malayalam, and Englishis essential. Should currently be handling aturnover of ₹200+ crores. A seasoned leader with a track record oflong tenures, upward growth, and hands-on leadership. Preferred Profile: Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and networking skills. Experience inprice-sensitive, high-volume, low-marginB2B environments. Familiarity withcredit managementand institutional distribution models.
