Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor finance and accounting solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets and actively contribute to the strategic growth of the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within finance, accounting, or related sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Result-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
