To support our fundraising and investor engagement efforts, we are hiring an Investor Relations Manager to act as the bridge between bepay's leadership team and the investor ecosystem.

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Investor Relations Manager with experience working with venture capital firms, private equity investors, and strategic partners. You will take ownership of investor communications, manage outreach to potential investors, and support the founder in fundraising discussions. The role also requires the ability to prepare financial models, pitch decks, and other investor materials aligned with fundraising goals.

This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong financial acumen, and prior experience in investor relations or corporate development within startups or financial services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between bepay and existing or prospective investors
  • Support the founder in preparing and presenting investor updates, fundraising materials, and business cases
  • Build and maintain robust financial models and projections for private equity and venture capital discussions
  • Reach out to venture capital firms, private equity funds, and strategic partners to initiate and manage conversations
  • Develop investor briefs, pitch decks, and periodic reports to ensure transparent communication
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the fintech, Web3, and payments ecosystem to engage credibly with investors
  • Organize and coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and follow-ups to drive fundraising success

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in investor relations
  • Prior exposure to venture capital firms, private equity funds, or strategic investors
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, including building projections for growth-stage startups
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to draft compelling investor materials (pitch decks, business plans, and reports)
  • Self-starter with a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion in handling confidential information

Bonus

  • Experience in fintech, payments, or Web3 startups
  • Prior work with a Big 4 firm or investment banking background
  • Existing network in VC or private equity circles

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in investor-facing roles
  • Comfortable representing the founder in investor discussions and follow-ups
  • Strong business and financial acumen with a startup-ready mindset
