Experienced Fundraising Manager Needed

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in fundraising and funding management to lead and manage all funding-related activities for our organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing funding strategies to meet business requirements, identifying and approaching banks, NBFCs, investors, and financial institutions for debt and equity funding, maintaining strong relationships with lenders, investors, and stakeholders, evaluating funding proposals, assessing financial viability, preparing and presenting funding reports, MIS, and progress updates to management, and monitoring fund utilization and ensuring compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive funding plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain a robust network of lenders, investors, and stakeholders to secure funding opportunities.
  • Evaluate funding proposals and assess their financial viability to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and present regular funding reports, MIS, and progress updates to management to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor fund utilization and ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements to mitigate risks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, funding management, or corporate finance.
  • Strong network with banks, NBFCs, and investors.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial instruments, funding processes, and compliance.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to secure and manage large funding deals.
  • MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or equivalent qualification preferred.
