Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Financial Leadership professional to lead financial operations and control functions across multiple businesses.

This role will serve as a financial backbone, overseeing accounting and finance function, ensuring integrity of financial reporting.

The Financial Leader will implement robust financial controls, streamline processes, and provide timely and accurate financial insights to key stakeholders.

  • Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and lead accounts and finance teams, ensure proper task allocation, daily follow-ups, and productivity monitoring.
  • Financial Planning & Control: Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, manage closing of books, ensure timely finalization of accounts, MIS reporting, and audits.
  • Bottleneck Analysis: Analyze workflows and financial data, identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies, develop dashboards and tracking mechanisms.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance existing accounting and finance processes, introduce new systems or automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in financial leadership, with a proven track record of success.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
