Key Responsibilities:- Identify and engage medical practitioners inclined to shift from clinical practice to leadership/administration or entrepreneurial ventures.- Promote and sensitize healthcare professionals about education programs, certifications, or leadership pathways offered by the institution.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and program adoption.- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and enrollment budgets.- Collaborate with marketing, academic, and operational teams to enhance outreach and program delivery.- Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine business strategies.- Provide regular updates, reports, and forecasts to Skills & Competencies:- Proven track record as a Key Account Manager (810 years).- Experience in educational institutions/universities or medical education programs (preferred).- Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.- Target-driven and self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.- Ability to understand and present value propositions effectively to senior medical professionals.- Good organizational and time management & Experience:- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is required.- MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Sales/Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or Education Management is preferred.- 8-10 years of key account management experience, preferably in educational services, medical education, or leadership development programs (ref:iimjobs.com)
