About Us:Square Aero Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing digital agency offering web design, development, SEO, and digital marketing services to clients across the globe. We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Online Bidder to join our in-house team in Mohali.
Key Responsibilities:- Bid on Upwork and other freelancing platforms to generate leads
- Identify and evaluate potential clients and project opportunities
- Write effective and customized project proposals and cover letters
- Communicate with prospects to understand project requirements and close deals
- Coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals and timelines
- Follow up with leads to nurture long-term business relationships
- Maintain records of all bids and project pipelines
- Minimum 1 year of experience in bidding, especially on Upwork
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong understanding of digital services: Web Development, Design, SEO, etc.
- Ability to work under targets and handle multiple proposals simultaneously
- Good understanding of client needs and service-based business development
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Opportunity to work with an energetic and experienced team
- Exposure to international projects and clients
