About Us:

Square Aero Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing digital agency offering web design, development, SEO, and digital marketing services to clients across the globe. We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Online Bidder to join our in-house team in Mohali.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bid on Upwork and other freelancing platforms to generate leads
  • Identify and evaluate potential clients and project opportunities
  • Write effective and customized project proposals and cover letters
  • Communicate with prospects to understand project requirements and close deals
  • Coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals and timelines
  • Follow up with leads to nurture long-term business relationships
  • Maintain records of all bids and project pipelines
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in bidding, especially on Upwork
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong understanding of digital services: Web Development, Design, SEO, etc.
  • Ability to work under targets and handle multiple proposals simultaneously
  • Good understanding of client needs and service-based business development
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
