Business Development Representative Opportunity

As a key member of our business development team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth through lead generation and appointment setting. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with potential clients, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and industry knowledge to build strong relationships and close deals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct thorough research to identify new business opportunities and prospects across various channels.
    • Qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel by utilizing effective outbound prospecting strategies.
    • Utilize CRM software and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage and track prospects.
    • Develop and submit tailored proposals on platforms like Upwork.
    • Coordinate discovery calls and meetings for the senior BD team and leadership.
    • Nurture relationships with prospects until they are ready for conversion.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on campaigns and inbound interest.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in an SDR/BDR or similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms.
  • Experience in Upwork bidding and proposal writing.
  • Strong communication and research skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and adapt across multiple industries.
  • Flexibility to work in Indian time zones with occasional US-hours meetings.
