Who are we looking for?

As Airblack enters our next phase of growth to build the largest skilling academy in India, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to work directly with our Founder and leadership team to drive crucial recruitment initiatives. The TA Manager would directly contribute to business growth by owning our inside-sales hiring operations and ensuring key talent requirements are met across other core functions. 


The ideal candidate would have a proven track record of recruiting and talent acquisition through various sources including campuses and Tier 2 cities. If you are someone who is passionate about building a high-performance people culture and scaling it from 50 to 500+ people, then we would love to meet you.


What would you be doing?


  • Collaborate with Airblack’s business leaders and drive end-to-end talent recruitment and onboarding to meet all full-time and contractual talent needs across the organization.
  • Own mass-hiring for Airblack’s inside-sales team through both campus hiring and recruiting through platforms like Naukri and . Bonus: Become a key 0-1 contributor to Airblack’s center expansion across North and West India
  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of employees including onboarding, query resolution, retention, rewards and recognition, benefits, and exit management.
  • Aid implementation of performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development initiatives to boost talent retention and productivity across functions.
  • Implement tooling and dashboards to track recruitment, employee-health, and HR processes and give actionable insights to business leaders.
  • Oversee overall compliance and policy adherence relating to both full-time and contractual employees.
  • Work directly with the leadership team on strategic team expansion and performance initiatives. You will be in the driving seat for crucial growth initiatives, as we scale Airblack’s revenue and profitability by 10x in the next 2 years



What makes you a suitable candidate?

We would love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:

  • Bachelor or Post-Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years experience in HR Generalist, HRBP or Talent Acquisition roles. Previous experience working with inside-sales-driven organizations is preferable.
  • Experience with campus recruitment and recruitment from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills in both Hindi and English.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.
  • You have a strong drive to own key metrics, are target-focused and willing to both delegate and execute as and when needed.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the leadership and the team.
