Overview: TheTalent Acquisition Specialist Tech plays a crucial role in sourcingattracting and hiring top tech talent for the organization. Thisrole is vital in identifying and engaging with qualified candidatesto meet the companys technological needs ensuring a strong andcapable workforce for continued growth andsuccess.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Collaborate withhiring managers to understand the technical skills required forvarious roles
  • Develop and implement effectivesourcing strategies to attract top techtalent
  • Utilize online channels and social mediaplatforms for tech talent acquisition
  • Screenand assess tech candidates resumes andportfolios
  • Conduct technical interviews andassessments
  • Coordinate and participate in techrecruitment events and job fairs
  • Manage thecandidate pipeline and maintain accurate candidate data in theapplicant tracking system
  • Provide anexceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitmentprocess
  • Contribute to employer brandinginitiatives to attract tech talent
  • Stay updatedon industry trends and best practices in tech talentacquisition
  • Collaborate with HR and hiringteams to streamline the recruitmentprocess
  • Establish and maintain relationshipswith tech professionals and industrynetworks
  • Provide regular reports and updates ontech recruitment activities
  • Contribute to thecontinuous improvement of recruitment processes andsystems
  • Participate in employer branding andrecruitment marketingefforts

RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relatedfield
  • Proven experience as a Talent AcquisitionSpecialist or similar role with a focus on technologyhiring
  • Demonstrated success in sourcingattracting and hiring tech professionals
  • Soundunderstanding of various tech roles and technical skillrequirements
  • Proficiency in using applicanttracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Strongknowledge of tech industry trends and marketinsights
  • Excellent communication interpersonaland negotiation skills
  • Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced and dynamicenvironment
  • Exceptional attention to detail andorganizational skills
  • Experience in employerbranding and recruitment marketing
  • Familiaritywith relevant employment laws andregulations
  • Certifications in HR or recruitmentwill be advantageous
  • Proactive and innovativeapproach to talent acquisition
  • Ability toprioritize tasks and manage multiple openpositions
  • Flexibility to adapt to changingpriorities and recruitmentneeds
