The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • 1. Generation of enquiry from industry
  • 2. Tracking budget and capex of transmission companies and their capex and floating of new tenders
  • 3. Vendor Approval and factory approval with private clients and industries
  • 4. Tracking Tenders quoted and converting them to best possible situation to winning
  • 5. Contract Management of all orders and their collection including bill submission, tracking and collection of MRC from zones and sites.
  • 6. Tracking EPCs and Contractors and extracting enquiry from them, followed by relationship building and converting opportunities to order.
  • 7. Competition and market intelligence
  • 8. Creating brand awareness of TAL in the Market and creating a positive image and footprint with all customers, qualitatively and also by exponentially growing the business.


Must have:

  • Having past experience of Sales & marketing of Power Transformer industries.
  • Responsible for End to End Sales , Contract Management and Collection for all Customers in Karnataka/ Southern India.
  • Ability to manage the team.
