Role Description: Senior Business Development Specialist


We are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team at Earnest Data Analytics Private Limited. Based in Noida, this full-time, on-site position is pivotal to our growth strategy, requiring a professional who can take ownership of our business development efforts, from ideation to execution.


In this role, you will:


  • Lead Growth Initiatives: Drive the strategic planning and execution of business development activities, focusing on expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. You will identify new market opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and manage high-level client relationships.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, assess competitor strategies, and uncover potential business opportunities. Utilize your analytical skills to translate market insights into actionable strategies that align with our company’s goals.
  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Develop and implement innovative lead generation strategies to attract and retain high-value clients. You will be responsible for crafting compelling value propositions, conducting pitches, and negotiating deals that align with our business objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and building long-term relationships that foster client loyalty and repeat business. Your ability to communicate effectively and understand client needs will be crucial in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strategic Advisory: Work closely with the executive team to provide insights and recommendations on business development strategies, helping to shape the company’s long-term growth trajectory. Your input will be critical in decision-making processes that impact the future direction of the company.


Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business development, particularly within technology, or related industries. A proven track record of driving growth and achieving targets is essential.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and translate market insights into actionable business strategies. Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis is highly valued.
