Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research to identify and qualify high-potential leads within your assigned territory.
- Craft compelling outreach campaigns using diverse channels (Email, Social Media, Cold Calling, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Engage in targeted conversations to understand prospect needs and challenges.
- Effectively qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Proactively identify and resolve any roadblocks in the lead qualification process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and our solutions.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team as a pod to ensure a seamless lead generation process.
- Continuously refine your prospecting and qualification techniques for maximum impact.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Hunting SDR or similar role in B2B SaaS sales in any Global region.
- PC/Laptop with a minimum processor of Intel i3/AMD Ryzen 3.
- Proven track record of exceeding lead generation and qualification quotas.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and B2B buying behaviours.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in lead generation and qualification tools (e.g., Zoho, Hubspot, Salesforce)
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently or with a team and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
