- We are seeking a motivated and well-organized Business Development Manager with strong expertise in prospecting, client acquisition, and relationship management.

- The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building long-term partnerships with D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brands and driving growth through our innovative fulfillment Build and nurture long-term partnerships with D2C Brands to enable sustainable business growth.

- Ensure the profitability of partnered brands through tailored fulfillment solutions.

- Develop and implement strategies to drive business expansion in both new and existing markets.

- Collaborate with channel partners and establish strategic relationships to create mutually beneficial business opportunities.

- Support and mentor peers to help them achieve individual and team objectives, fostering a collaborative work Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2C logistics sales or fulfillment solutions.

- Proven ability to communicate effectively with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies and meet targets.

Preferred Skills:

- Deep understanding of the D2C landscape and logistics industry.

- Experience in working with channel partners and managing strategic alliances.

- Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
