We're Hiring: Global Turnkey Delivery Leader for Our Client in Energy Equipment Manufacturing



Role Overview:

In this executive role, you will:

- Lead Regional Commercial Teams: Manage and guide the India and Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) regional commercial teams, driving customer engagements and achieving key business targets including orders, revenue, margin, and cash.

- Global Turnkey Project Delivery: Oversee turnkey project delivery on a global scale, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering growth and retention.

- Strategize for Digital Transformation: Develop and execute strategies for Transmission and Distribution customers, focusing on Electrification Software to ensure stable, reliable, and secure power delivery.

- Enhance Customer Value: Play a crucial role in helping customers maximize the value of their software investments, scaling up the "Digital Turnkey Centre of Competence (CoC)" and "Centre of Excellence" teams.

- Drive Software Growth: Cultivate a high-performance commercial culture, driving sustainable and profitable software growth with a keen understanding of both tactical and strategic management.

- Provide Market Insights: Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights and maintain a competitive edge.
