Role : Global Head of Brand Marketing

Location: Noida

RateGain adjudged as India’s Best Startup across multiple reputed industry forums has over the years grown at a tremendous pace and plans to double its revenue in the next three years, moving towards its vision of becoming the world’s most trusted AI-technology provider for the travel and hospitality industry providing world class products to impact the traveler journey at each step of their journey.

We are looking to hire an experienced brand leader who has played a key role in creating a differentiated brand for global technology companies, as well as demonstratedstrong results in uplifting the company’s brand awareness amongst its potential customers, employees as well as creating value for shareholders.

What would they accomplish?

Create a cohesive brand identity across different business units that gives one view of RateGain to all stakeholders

Curate and execute global brand programs to improve brand awareness and help reduce overall cost of acquisition

Createdigital and offline brand properties that help in driving organic growth, and brand recall

Define what success looks like as well as the right brand marketing organization for RateGain

Cross-Functional Collaboration,Work closely with sales, product, and other relevant departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives, supporting product launches, sales initiatives, and customer retention strategies.

Team Leadership and Management, Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment while ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Partnerships and Relationships, Build and nurture strategic partnerships, alliances, and relationships with industry influencers, agencies, and key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and business growth.

Skills and Qualifications

12+ years of total experience with minimum5+ years of experience leading the brand Marketing function in a global technology company

Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and leading successful teams.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Data-driven and highly analytical, with the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue and growth.
