Tax Group Head

As a Tax Group Head, your roles and responsibilities are:

- Responsible for the entire Group Direct tax and Indirect tax functions.

- Manage the relevant Tax litigations (as the case may be).

- Lead the tax structuring of the M&A Deals.

- Account for foreign subsidiaries tax, accounting governance and related controls.

- Prepare Tax MIS/dashboard on monthly basis of said aspects.

- Take charge for all the GL accounts coming within the ambit of Tax and establishment compliances.

- Update yourself with various changes in law and to inform the management about the impact of the same on the company.

You should apply, if you:

- Are a seasoned veteran: Have qualified CA with minimum 8+ years of experience in the field of taxation.

- Have been there, done that: Have proven working experience in the start-up ecosystem, combined with Big-4 tax advisory function.

- Know your taxes: Have thorough practical knowledge of direct tax/Indirect tax and other compliances is a prerequisite.

- Are a real charmer: Are well versed with stakeholders management which is an expected trait
