Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and risk tolerance.
  • Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to discuss portfolio performance and strategy adjustments.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention by providing personalized and professional service.


Portfolio Management:

  • Design and implement customized investment strategies for non-discretionary portfolios based on client objectives.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and make recommendations for rebalancing and adjustments as needed.
  • Analyze and assess market trends, economic conditions, and investment opportunities to inform portfolio decisions.

Research and Analysis:

  • Collaborate with the research team to gather and analyze financial data, market trends, and investment opportunities.
  • Provide clients with market insights, research reports, and investment recommendations.
  • Stay updated on financial markets, economic developments, and industry trends.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure that all investment activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Identify and manage potential risks associated with client portfolios and investment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of investment activities and client interactions.

Reporting and Communication:

  • Prepare and present detailed investment reports and performance reviews to clients.
  • Communicate complex financial concepts and investment strategies in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of investment strategies.

Business Development:

  • Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and expanding the client base.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and events to promote IIFL Private Wealth’s services.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or CFA designation preferred.
  • Proven experience in portfolio management, investment analysis, or wealth management, preferably with HNWIs.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Bloomberg, Reuters, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial services industry.
