Role Overview:

As the Head of Managed Services for Data, Analytics, and Database Management, you’ll lead a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, optimization, and strategic utilization of data assets across our client portfolio. Your expertise will shape our clients’ data strategies, foster innovation, and elevate their competitive edge.


Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the vision for managed services related to data, analytics, and databases.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align services with overall business goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the managed services function.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their data needs, challenges, and growth aspirations.
  • Develop strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Monitor data quality, security, and privacy.
  • Analytics and Insights: Oversee the delivery of data analytics services, including reporting, visualization, and predictive modelling.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to extract actionable insights from data.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making across client organizations.
  • Database Management: Lead database administrators and engineers in designing, implementing, and maintaining databases.
  • Optimize database performance, scalability, and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (at least 8-10 years) in data management, analytics, and database administration.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer, DBA) are highly desirable.
