Job Profile:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order processing, and shipping of pharmaceutical and e-pharmacy products.
  • Manage multiple warehouse locations, ensuring compliance with pharma regulations and efficient coordination across all sites.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, conducting regular review meetings to ensure satisfaction and explore growth opportunities.
  • Lead and manage warehouse staff, fostering high performance, providing training, and ensuring team development.
  • Ensure smooth execution of all warehouse processes, meeting KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and KRAs (Key Result Areas).
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels with regular cycle counts and audits, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
  • Implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Ensure a safe and secure working environment, maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical and e-pharmacy safety standards.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize warehouse operations and identify cost-saving measures.


Preferred Experience:

  • Minimum of 3+ years managing multiple warehouse operations, with specific experience in pharma and e-pharmacy warehousing .
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and handling client relationships with companies like Tata 1mg, Pharmeasy , etc.
