We currently have an active project in the prime micro-market of Santacruz West and a robust pipeline of upcoming projects. To accelerate our growth and strengthen our operations, we are seeking a seasoned real estate professional to join us as a Co-founder & Chief Operating Officer with an equity investment.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:

1. Lead and manage all operational aspects of the company, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic vision.
2. Work closely with the founders to shape the company's future, driving growth and innovation in the redevelopment sector.
3. Develop and implement operational strategies that maximize efficiency and scalability.

Project Management:

1. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all redevelopment projects.
2. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Housing Societies, Land Owners, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

Business Development:

1. Identify and secure new redevelopment opportunities across Mumbai.
2. Drive the expansion of Verite’s portfolio, leveraging your network and expertise in the real estate market.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to position Verite as a leader in the redevelopment space.

Financial Management:

1. Develop and manage the company’s operational budget.
2. Monitor financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
3. Work with investors and stakeholders to secure additional funding when necessary.

Team Building & Management:

1. Build and lead a high-performing operations team.
2. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
3. Ensure the team is equipped with the tools, resources, and training needed to succeed.

Qualifications:

Experience:

1. Extensive experience in Real Estate Development, with a strong track record of success in Mumbai.
2. Demonstrated expertise in managing redevelopment projects in Mumbai.
3. Proven ability to lead and scale operations within a real estate development context.

Skills:

1. Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
2. Excellent project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
3. Robust financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and financial planning.
4. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Investment:

1. Willingness to make an equity investment in the company as part of the compensation package.
