Support Shared Services incompleting all accounting responsibilities and prepare all recordsand reports at the committed time. Work on understanding root causefor errors allocated and analyze and highlight processstandardization and improvementopportunities.   Understand and implement policies andprocedures with respect to Accounts Reviewable, Billing, Cash &Credit Management and Customer Master Data processing as well asrelated sub processes for designatedcompanies.   Monitoring workflow queues ensure allbillings and customer delivery are processed in definedtimelines Call out issues/circulate reports as perpolicies and procedures to the concerned teams, discuss any issuesfaced in AR processing and meet turnaround time for payment(Systems involved is SAP, MDG and BankPortal)   Understand complexities of commercialtransactions and tax laws as well as existing processes and suggestimprovements. Work closely with Finance, Operations,Sales and Logistics departments within the company as well as withcustomers in resolving all process requirements as well ascirculating reporting required.

Ensure all tax related documents aregenerated and reviewed for each location. Reconciling with Customeroutstanding statements received including month end reconciliationssuch as GIT, AR reconciliations and

  Deferred Revenue for monthly internalcontrol reconciliations Analyze, create and circulated periodicMIS for internal analysis on Billings processed and creditmanagement trends as well as support information request from otherinternal teams such as finance andbuyers.   Ensure compliance of all statutorycompliance after dueconsultation Support external and internal audits ofthe Accounts Receivable process Any other duty as assigned by themanagement.
