**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic candidate to join the marketing team of a leading company in the chemical technology industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to promote the company's services, increase brand awareness, and drive lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation through digital marketing, email marketing, cold calling, and event participation
  • Monitor and manage sales performance
  • Design campaigns to promote technologies across various online channels, including social media, LinkedIn, search engines, email, and display advertising
  • Create engaging and compelling content for digital platforms, including creative posters, articles, videos, and LinkedIn posts
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Manage the company's Business LinkedIn account, including content creation, posting, engagement, and community management
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and development, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts and messaging
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, chemical industry trends, and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
  • Prepare reports and presentations on digital marketing performance and outcomes

**Requirements:**

  • MBA in Marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics and email marketing software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple marketing activities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva)
