Executive Assistant to CPO

- Follow-ups: Ensuring timely follow-ups on tasks, meetings, and commitments.
- Drafting Communication: Composing and replying to emails and official correspondence.
- Team Coordination: Acting as a liaison between the CHRO and internal teams for seamless communication.
- Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Administrative Support: Managing day-to-day tasks to ensure the CHRO’s efficiency and productivity.
Candidates should have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- MHA will be preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
