Unikon.ai is looking for a passionate Telegram Community Manager to engage and grow our online community. In this role, you will create and share relevant content, initiate meaningful conversations, and ensure an active and vibrant space for our users. Your primary goal will be to build a thriving community of entrepreneurs, mentors, and users who connect and engage with Unikon.ai’s vision of providing valuable professional guidance across industries.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Content Creation & Sharing:

  • Create and share engaging and valuable content that aligns with Unikon.ai’s mission and resonates with the community.
  • Post industry updates, mentor highlights, user success stories, and product announcements to keep the community informed and excited.

2. Community Engagement:

  • Actively engage with members of the Telegram group by sparking meaningful conversations, answering questions, and encouraging discussion.
  • Foster a positive environment where members feel valued and connected to Unikon.ai’s vision.

4. Feedback & Collaboration:

  • Collect feedback from the community to help improve product offerings and the overall user experience.
  • Work closely with the content, product, and marketing teams to ensure community insights are used to inform business decisions.

5. Growth & Strategy:

  • Implement strategies to grow the Telegram community, attract new members, and retain current ones by driving engagement through contests, polls, and engaging conversations.
  • Stay updated on Telegram trends and platform updates to ensure Unikon.ai remains ahead in community engagement.


Key Requirements:


  • 0-3 years of experience in managing online communities, particularly on Telegram.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with Unikon.ai’s audience.
  • Experience in content creation, community management, and familiarity with Telegram’s tools and features.
  • Ability to handle high-volume conversations and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passion for mentorship, entrepreneurship, and digital networking.
