Job summary:

TheCommunity Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamlessoperation of the coworking center focusing on client satisfactionlead generation and overall community engagement. This positionrequires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skillsorganizational abilities and a passion for creating a vibrant andcollaborativeworkspace.

Role& responsibilities:

1. OperationalManagement:

Overseedaytoday operations of the coworkingspace.

Collaboratewith housekeeping and administration teams to maintain a clean andefficientworkspace.

Ensurethat all facilities and amenities are wellmaintained andoperational.

2.ClientSatisfaction:

Fostera positive and inclusive community culture within the coworkingspace.

Addressclient queries concerns and requests promptly to ensure high clientsatisfaction.

Implementstrategies to enhance the overall client experience and sense ofcommunity.

3.ClientAcquisition:

Proactivelyidentify and pursue potential leads to maximize occupancyrates.

Conducttours for prospective clients showcasing the benefits and featuresof the coworkingspace.

Collaboratewith the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting newclients.

4.RentCollection:

Monitorand manage monthly rent collection fromclients.

Workclosely with the finance department to address any billingdiscrepancies or paymentissues.

Implementstrategies to reduce arrears and ensure timelypayments.

5.ClientRetention:

Developand implement initiatives to retain existing clients and minimizeturnover.

Conductregular checkins with clients to understand their evolving needsandconcerns.

Proactivelyaddress any potential issues to prevent clientdissatisfaction.

6.NPS(Net Promoter Score)Maintenance:

Implementmeasures to track and improve the Net PromoterScore.

Gatherfeedback from clients and use it to enhance services andamenities.

Developand execute strategies to increase positive wordofmouthreferrals.

7.CommunityEngagement:

Organizeand coordinate events workshops and networking opportunities tofoster communityengagement.

Facilitatecommunication and collaboration among coworkers creating a sense ofbelonging.

Actas a liaison between clients and management ensuring effectivecommunication.

8.Reporting:

Prepareregular reports on key performance indicators occupancy rates andclientsatisfaction.

Provideinsights and recommendations to management based on dataanalysis.





Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Hospitality or a relatedfield.

Previousexperience in community management customer service or hospitalityispreferred.

Excellentcommunication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.

Abilityto multitask and prioritize in a fastpacedenvironment.
