Job Summary:

We are looking for a PR & Communication Manager to manage our online and offline communication with the PR team and stakeholders.

- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives.

- Create and execute innovative brand campaigns to establish a distinct brand position.

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop engaging content for various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of brand campaigns, using data to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.

- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

- Work closely with the PR agency to conceptualize the PR plan, finalize the strategy, and draft and finalize content along with other daily tasks and updates.

- Track media coverage and report on PR metrics, staying updated on industry trends and incorporating best practices. Evaluate and provide feedback on performance.

- Create engaging press releases, articles, blogs, media kits, and other communication materials to communicate key messages to target audiences effectively.

- Coordinate and oversee media events, press conferences, and interviews with company executives and spokespersons.

Competencies:

- Proven track record of managing successful PR campaigns.

- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
