- Ensure overall success of all our retail outlets within the country, manage profit & loss, retail operations and expand brand footprints with new store launches.
- Define retail strategies, priorities and business planning processes aligned with company objectives.
- Implement and maintain retail operational policies and procedures to incorporate a sales plan, cost control and people management.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and take proactive measures to address any deviations.
- Effectively negotiate commercial terms with Licensors, finalize agreements and implement cost-saving measures to maximize profitability.
- Manage inventory levels effectively to minimize stock shortages and overages while implementing inventory control measures to reduce shrinkage and improve accuracy.
- Develop and implement annual business budgets and manage expenses to ensure profitability without compromising on quality or service standards.
- Proven experience in a similar retail leadership role within the Restaurant/QSR/Hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of retail management best practices.
