Clearly explain product details, features, and benefits to drive conversions. Maintain and update customer data and call logs in the CRM system. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Provide excellent post-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of telesales or inside sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written). Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections, and close sales effectively. Basic computer literacy for CRM and reporting.
