Role Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic and highly connected "Fundraising & Investor Relations Partner - Venture Capital Fund " who will be the face of our fund to Limited Partners (LPs), Family Offices, HNWIs, and Institutional Investors. You’ll play a pivotal role in securing commitments for Fund, fostering relationships, and building a thriving community of investors.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone with an exceptional ability to network, pitch, and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
•***Fundraising Leadership: Drive the fundraising process for StellarNOVA Emerging India Fund , targeting a rapid first close "Acceleration Phase" to enable early-stage investments and co-creation opportunities.
•Investor Network Expansion: Utilize existing connections and aggressively expand our investor network, focusing on entities interested in tech-driven markets in India and globally.
•Leverage existing relationships with LPs, Family Offices, and HNWIs while expanding StellarNOVA’s investor base through proactive outreach.
•Strategic Investor Engagement: Craft compelling narratives around our fund’s vision, impact potential, and unique market position to attract and secure commitments from investors.
• Serve as the primary contact for current and prospective LPs/Investors, ensuring their needs are addressed and expectations managed.
•Community Building: Establish and nurture a community of investors through regular updates, roundtable discussions, and networking events.
•Attend and speak at VC/PE conferences, networking events, and global forums to enhance brand visibility and attract top-tier LPs.
•Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the Founder & CEO- Managing Partner, Investment Analysts, and Investment Senior Associates to align fundraising strategies with the fund’s goals.
