Key Responsibilities: • *** Fundraising Leadership: Drive the fundraising process for StellarNOVA Emerging India Fund , targeting a rapid first close "Acceleration Phase" to enable early-stage investments and co-creation opportunities. • Investor Network Expansion: Utilize existing connections and aggressively expand our investor network, focusing on entities interested in tech-driven markets in India and globally.     • Leverage existing relationships with LPs, Family Offices, and HNWIs while expanding StellarNOVA’s investor base through proactive outreach. • Strategic Investor Engagement: Craft compelling narratives around our fund’s vision, impact potential, and unique market position to attract and secure commitments from investors.     • Serve as the primary contact for current and prospective LPs/Investors, ensuring their needs are addressed and expectations managed. • Community Building: Establish and nurture a community of investors through regular updates, roundtable discussions, and networking events.     • Attend and speak at VC/PE conferences, networking events, and global forums to enhance brand visibility and attract top-tier LPs. • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the Founder & CEO- Managing Partner, Investment Analysts, and Investment Senior Associates to align fundraising strategies with the fund’s goals.
