Role Overview:

We are looking to add to our team a person with excellent communication skills, an ability and desire to talk to people, and extreme confidence to handle conversations with people in positions of high seniority. Someone with advanced interpersonal skills will have a competitive advantage in this role.

Role & Responsibilities:

You will be provided a list of numbers that you are expected to call, with a primary aim of giving a quick initial pitch of the value of specific investment solutions provided by IME Capital, and convincing the lead to schedule a more detailed call with one of IME's senior private bankers.

The types of conversations would include:

- An initial screening call with leads generated by digital advertising, to assess the clients requirements, suitability and whether they meet IME Capital's minimum investment requirements.

- Cold-calling senior corporate finance professionals, to pitch IME's Corporate Treasury offerings, and senior HR executives/club or industry association members, to pitch free webinars/seminars conducted by IME

- The role offers the chance of considerable career development, including the potential of transitioning to a full-fledged private banking role. This is specifically for candidates with exceptional performance and the willingness & ability to upskill themselves for future role requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

- Experience: 2-3 years minimum working in a tele-calling role, ideally in a global call-center.

- Skills: Must have the confidence and ability to cold call senior people, and talk about IME Capital. Communication skills must be not just good, but also efficient. Must be adept at handling objections, complaints, roadblocks, and negotiations.

- Language: Excellent spoken English & Hindi is a non-negotiable requirement.
