We are looking for an experienced and results-driven AVP Investor Relations to join a leading Edu-Fintech company at the forefront of revolutionizing financial management for education. This is a unique opportunity to manage investor relationships and drive growth within a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute an Investor Relations strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors , analysts, and financial stakeholders.
Communicate the company’s financial performance, strategy , and market opportunities through presentations, reports, and press releases.
Lead investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows to enhance visibility and engagement.
Monitor market trends and investor sentiment, providing insights to senior management.
Oversee fundraising processes, including legal negotiations , capital market opportunities , and funding agreements .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Risk) to tailor investment offerings and close deals.
Organize investor events and create engaging marketing materials to attract new investors.
Skills & Experience:
10+ years in Investor Relations , Finance , or a related field, preferably within Edu-Tech or Fintech .
Strong understanding of financial markets , investment principles , and regulatory requirements .
Excellent communication , presentation , and relationship-building skills.
Proven experience in fundraising , capital markets , and preparing investor reports .
Bachelor’s degree in Finance , Business , or Economics (MBA or CFA is a plus).
