1.Develop and implement comprehensive ESG strategies, policies, and frameworks aligned with corporate goals.

2.Collaborate cross-functionally to embed ESG principles into operational practices.

3.Conduct ESG assessments to identify key sustainability risks and opportunities across business units.

4.Monitor, track, and report ESG performance metrics in accordance with international standards and best practices.

5.Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on ESG initiatives.

6.Stay informed about emerging ESG trends, regulations, and industry standards, and advise leadership accordingly.

7.Partner with the leadership team and sustainability group to implement a long-term Sustainability Roadmap aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with emphasis on People, Planet, and Partnerships.

8.Support the execution of sustainability and ESG objectives, goals, and programs by coordinating with various operational and business units.

9.Provide expert guidance to internal teams on sustainability programs, ESG risks and opportunities, and due diligence processes.

10.Develop and manage the ESG Dashboard and reporting framework; lead the preparation and publication of the annual Sustainability Report in line with global ESG reporting standards.

11.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal ESG data and performance inquiries; support functions with relevant data and insights.

12.Coordinate with business leaders, data owners, technical teams, internal audit, and external assurance providers to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely ESG data reporting and disclosure.

13.Drive internal alignment on ESG reporting processes and requirements; ensure awareness and compliance across governance and functional teams.

14.Lead or support projects aimed at improving ESG data management, reporting, and overall transparency.

15.Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to drive progress in ESG reporting and disclosure efforts.

16.Collaborate and share knowledge with ESG team members to achieve departmental objectives and build ESG capabilities across the organization.

17.Monitor regulatory and industry updates related to ESG and communicate relevant changes to stakeholders.

18.Provide training, resources, and support to employees to build ESG awareness and competence across the organization.

19.Design and implement strategies to reduce carbon footprint, optimize energy usage, and enhance resource management across all manufacturing units.

20.Drive waste minimization initiatives with a focus on reduction, reuse, and recycling within operational processes.

21.Lead the implementation and monitoring of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for products across all business units.

22.Develop and execute a Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi) roadmap in alignment with corporate sustainability goals across all manufacturing locations.

Requirements: Natives of South India, with B.tech in any discipline and 14+ yrs exp in leading sustainable manufacturing operations and willing to relocate to Kerala are welcome.
