HVAC is a leading provider of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions for residential and commercial clients. With a team of experienced technicians, we offer expert installation, repair, and maintenance services to ensure optimal comfort and energy efficiency in any environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
  • Designing and developing new products within design cycle time.
  • Meeting target cost and manufacturability considerations.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 2 years' experience including solid experience in a similar role within HVAC.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
  • You have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.
  • You have working knowledge of sales
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
