Assess individual health goals and concerns to recommend suitable diet plans, ensuring a personalized and science-based approach. Additionally, contribute to content creation, product development, and client engagement to support the brand’s growth and credibility in the nutrition space.Key Functional Areas1. Sales in Nutrition (Counseling, Conversions & Revenue Growth)Interact with potential leads viacalls, chats, or app interfaces , understanding their health goals and challenges. Assess individual needs and recommend the most suitablediet and nutrition programs . Educate and counsel clients on program features, benefits, and expected outcomes. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting inquiries into paying clients using a consultative, needs-based approach. Driverevenue growthby optimizing conversion rates and maximizing client retention. Maintainhigh-quality engagementwith leads and clients, ensuring positive experiences and long-term relationships. Adhere to defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for response time, conversion quality, and client satisfaction metrics.---2. Content Development (Social Media & Website)Createengaging and informative contentbased on nutritional science to drive awareness and client education. Collaborate with themarketing teamto design campaigns that inspire healthy lifestyle changes. Respond promptly to potential client inquiries across digital platforms to maintain consistent communication and engagement.---3. Product: Research, Development & ExecutionSupport innovation innutrition program design , new product features, and wellness tools. Collaborate onprogram conceptualization , ingredient research, protocol structuring, and testing. Stay informed onlatest nutrition trends, emerging research, and competitor strategiesto ensure product relevance. Work closely withtech, design, and marketing teamsto successfully execute and launch new initiatives.
