**Role Description** This is a full-time on-site role for a Health and Fitness Counsellor at Saaiesh Group in New Delhi. The Health and Fitness Counsellor will be responsible for providing fitness consultations, designing personalized training programs, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support to members. They will also conduct fitness assessments, lead group classes, and promote a positive and inclusive gym environment.

**Qualifications**
- Immediate joiner.
- Experience in providing fitness consultations and designing personalized training programs
- Knowledge of fitness principles, anatomy, and exercise techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their fitness goals
- Certification in personal training, fitness counseling, or a related field
- Experience in conducting fitness assessments and tracking progress
- Ability to create and lead group fitness classes
- Knowledge of nutrition and dietary guidelines
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
