As a Health and Wellness Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our customers through their wellness journey, leveraging your expertise to advise them on our product line that best meets their needs**.

**Responsibilities**:*:

- Engage directly with customers to understand their wellness goals and health concerns.
- Provide expert knowledge on Ayursesha’s range of herbal supplements, aligning products with customer needs.
- Drive sales by effectively presenting the benefits and features of our products.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product developments in the health and wellness sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing promotional activities.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and to gather feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Looking for immediate joiner

A degree or certification in Nutrition, Dietetics, Ayurveda, or a related field is preferable.
- Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the health, wellness, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong command of English and Hindi is mandatory. Proficiency in Tamil or other regional languages is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to empathize and build trust with customers.
- Comfortable with sales targets and working in a results-driven environment.

**Skills**:

- Knowledgeable about herbal products and their health benefits.
- Skilled in persuasive communication and customer service.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
