Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Counselor, located in New Delhi. The Visa Counselor will assist clients in applying for visas, including conducting initial consultations, determining eligibility, advising on required documents, and tracking application status. The role involves coordinating with various embassies and immigration offices to keep informed on the latest visa processes and requirements. The Visa Counselor will also provide exceptional customer service and ensure that clients receive timely updates regarding their applications.

Qualifications

  • Experience in visa counseling and immigration services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple applications simultaneously
  • Familiarity with various country-specific visa requirements and processes
  • High levels of integrity and maintaining client confidentiality
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
