Moti Nagar, 5+ Years.We are seeking a Team Lead with strong expertise in the stock market and derivatives segment, capable of leading a team of Relationship Managers while managing and expanding high-value client portfolios.The ideal candidate will combine market expertise with leadership skills to drive both individual and team performance.Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.- Manage personal and team client portfolios, providing strategic investment and trading advice in equities and derivatives.- Develop and implement growth strategies for client acquisition and retention.- Stay updated on market trends, economic news, and trading opportunities to deliver insights to clients and the team.- Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure compliance with company and SEBI regulations.- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of trades and client servicing.Candidate Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of experience in capital markets, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior RM role.- Strong understanding of equities, futures, and options trading strategies.- Proven track record in handling HNI/institutional clients and achieving sales/revenue goals.- Excellent leadership, communication, and client advisory skills.- NISM certifications or other relevant financial credentials preferred.
